Delivery & Collections
We aim to make and dispatch cookie boxes ordered via the website within 3 working days of placing your order. Our usual dispatch days are Wednesdays and Thursdays. Any orders placed on a Friday will normally be processed and made the following week.
December 2023 - January 2024 orders
The last date to place any orders via the website in 2023 will be Friday 15th December. Any orders placed after this time will be processed when we return in 2024.
Our last posting date via Royal Mail Tracked 24 will be Wednesday 20th December.
The last date for collections from the bakery will be Friday 22nd December from 3:30pm-6:30pm. Alternatively you may collect from our Cheltenham Farmers' Market stall at the Promenade on Friday 22nd December from 9am-2pm, or our Cirencester Farmers' Market stall at the Market Place on Saturday 23rd December from 9am-2:30pm. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you would prefer to collect from either of these markets instead of the bakery.
We will be closed for a well-deserved break over the festive period, and will reopen for cookie-making on Wednesday 10th January 2024.
Delivery
Standard delivery is now via Royal Mail Tracked 24, with a next working day delivery aim from the date of dispatch. Our large cookie boxes of 12, including gift box/packaging, is £5.95. Standard delivery for our small cookie boxes of 6, including gift box/packaging, is £3.95.
Collections
Collections from our bakery are free of charge from: Unit 49 Space Business Centre, Olympus Park, Quedgeley, Gloucester, GL2 4AL.
For orders of our cookie boxes via the website, you will be sent an email once your order is ready to collect. All cookies are freshly made to order and will be at their best for 3-4 days, therefore all orders must be collected within 3 days of your collection email being sent to you. Please notify us within 24 hours of the collection email if you are unable to collect within this timeframe. Cookies not collected after this time may need to be disposed of, as we cannot keep perishable stock indefinitely.
Please feel free to get in-touch before ordering if you'd like to collect your order at a date/time outside of our collection hours, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
