How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our cookies and biscuits are made to order. We'll aim to make and dispatch your order within 1-3 days.
I live locally - can I come and collect my order?
Of course! You can choose this option at checkout and give your preferred day for collection (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday), which we will do our very best to fulfil!
I live outside of the UK - can I order cookies and biscuits for delivery?
We're really sorry, but we're only able to ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Does the bakery have a shop that I can visit?
Our bakery is not currently open to the general public as we make everything to order, unless you have a pre-arranged collection. Our bakery hours are generally 8am - 2pm Tuesday to Friday, although this does change according to demand.
Will my order fit through the letterbox?
Our cookies are very chunky and will arrive in quite a large box, so unfortunately not. Our smaller collections of hand decorated biscuits should fit through the letterbox though!
Can I order one of your pre-designed decorated biscuit boxes but just change the colour?
This shouldn't be a problem - please email us with which colour you'd like instead and we'll come back to you!
How long can I keep my cookies and biscuits for?
Cookies should keep well for 3-4 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For some of our stronger flavours (i.e. Orange & Almond), you may wish to store these in a separate container to avoid Similarly, decorated biscuits will keep well for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes - our paper bags and cardboard boxes are all recyclable. We also use cellulose biodegradable bags for each individual cookie and biscuit to protect them in transit, and also because some of our cookies have stronger flavours. These are perfect for the compost heap, or food waste bin (check what your local council will allow).
