Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take to arrive?

All of our cookies and biscuits are made to order. We'll aim to make and dispatch your order within 3 working days of purchase - delivery times will vary based on your delivery choice at checkout. Please see our Delivery & Collections page for more info.

I live locally - can I come and collect my order?

Of course! You can choose this option at checkout, and it's free of charge.

I live outside of the UK - can I order cookies and biscuits for delivery?

We're really sorry but we unable to ship outside of the UK, but we're able to ship to most addresses within the United Kingdom.

Does the bakery have a shop that I can visit?

All of our cookies are made to order for pre-arranged collections or delivery only, but we do attend a number of weekly farmers' markets throughout Gloucestershire. You can find information on where we'll be week by week on our social media pages.

Will my order fit through the letterbox?

Both our boxes of 6 & 12 cookies are very chunky and will arrive in quite a large box (12 cookies weigh approx 1.5kg), so unfortunately not. Our smaller collections of hand decorated biscuits should fit through the letterbox though!

Can I order one of your pre-designed biscuits but just change the colour?

This shouldn't be a problem once we've launched them - please email us with which colour you'd like instead and we'll come back to you!

How long can I keep my cookies and biscuits for?

Cookies should keep well for 3-4 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For some of our stronger flavours (i.e. Orange & Almond), you may wish to store these in a separate container. You can also freeze our cookies, and defrost at room temperature.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yep! Our paper bags and cardboard boxes are all recyclable. We also use biodegradable cellulose bags for each individual decorated biscuit to protect them in transit. These are perfect for the compost heap, or food waste bin (check what your local council will allow).
