Where it started
We love making cookies here at Humble HQ!

After a good few years of collecting cookie cutters and practicing baking for friends and family, Marie crafted Humble Crumb to turn her passion into a full-time career.
Fresh ingredients
We are lucky enough to be based in beautiful Gloucestershire, surrounded by fantastic local produce in and around the Cotswolds. As a small business ourselves, we know just how important it is to support local. We use organic flour from Shipton Mill, fresh free-range eggs from Ermin Park Eggs, and butter made in Wiltshire. It's also really important that the ingredients we use are carefully chosen for their quality and flavour. We only ever use fresh lemon and orange zests, and generous chocolate chunks!
Our creations
All of our chunky cookies and biscuits are made in small batches by hand. When creating our decorated biscuits we use a range of skills and techniques, including hand piping royal icing, hand painting with edible paints, and fondant icing art. The best thing is that no two biscuits will ever be the same - perfect for a unique gift.
Environmentally aware
We may be small, but we are conscious of the environment and like to do our bit!

We hand stamp our own paper bags, and use recyclable gift boxes and biodegradable cellulose bags.
