Ingredients
Organic self-raising flour (white wheat flour (gluten), monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dark brown soft pure cane sugar, butter (milk, salt 1.7%), free-range eggs, pure cane caster sugar, cocoa powder (cocoa powder (contains naturally occurring sulphites and gluten), acidity regulator (potassium carbonates) - may contain milk); milk chocolate chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, milk fat, lactose and protein from whey (from milk), whey powder (from milk), palm fat, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract (milk chocolate contains milk solids 14% minimum and cocoa solids 25% minimum); white chocolate chunks (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, emulsifier (lecithins), flavouring - may contain gluten); organic white flour (white wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin - contains gluten). May also contain nuts (including peanuts), seeds and cereals.
