Ingredients
Organic self-raising flour (white wheat flour (gluten), monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dark brown soft pure cane sugar, butter (milk, salt 1.7%), free-range eggs, stem ginger in syrup (stem ginger (60%), sugar, water), organic white flour (white wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin - contains gluten), pure cane caster sugar, dark chocolate chunks; sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, palm oil, emulsifiers (soya lecithins, E476), skimmed milk powder. Contains vegetable fats in addition to cocoa butter. Cocoa solids 36% minimum (may contain nuts). May also contain peanuts, seeds, cereals and sulphites.
