Ingredients
Organic self-raising flour (white wheat flour (gluten), monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dark brown soft pure cane sugar, dairy-free spread (plant oils (sunflower, rapeseed, palm), water, salt, plant based emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), vinegar, natural flavouring, vitamin A); stem ginger in syrup (stem ginger (60%), sugar, water), organic white flour (white wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin - contains gluten), ground ginger, crystallised ginger (ginger 55%, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate; preservative: sulphur dioxide), salt (salt, anticaking agent: sodium ferrocyanide). May also contain eggs, milk, nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals, soya and sulphites.
