Ingredients
Organic self-raising flour (white wheat flour (gluten), monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), dark brown soft pure cane sugar, desiccated coconut (desiccated coconut flakes, preservative [sulphur dioxide] - also may contain peanuts, nuts and sesame seeds), butter (milk, salt 1.7%), free-range eggs, organic white flour (white wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin - contains gluten), pure cane caster sugar. May also contain nuts (including peanuts), seeds, cereals and soya.
All of our products are made in a bakery that handles nuts, sesame, soy, milk, wheat, gluten, eggs, sulphites and lupin.
